We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing brand team. You'll support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels, helping shape how we connect with clients across the Dominican Republic.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns from concept through execution
• Manage social media content calendars and community engagement
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports for senior leadership
• Support internal communications and corporate event planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications
• Strong written and verbal skills in Spanish and English
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive
